As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Authors are required to prepare and submit their manuscripts in accordance with the following guidelines to ensure consistency, clarity, and quality of published work.

Manuscript Preparation

  • Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere
  • The manuscript should be written in clear, concise English
  • Use a structured format including: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References
  • The abstract should be between 150–250 words summarizing the key contributions

Formatting Requirements

  • File format: PDF or DOC/DOCX
  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: Standard (1 inch on all sides)
  • All figures and tables must be properly labeled and referenced in the text

Citation and Referencing Style

Authors must follow a consistent citation style (APA recommended unless specified otherwise).

Examples:

  • Book:
    Author(s). (Year). Title of Book. Publisher.
  • Journal Article:
    Author(s). (Year). Title of article. Journal Name, Volume(Issue), pages.
  • Website:
    Author(s). (Year). Title of page. Retrieved from URL

All references cited in the text must be listed in the reference section and vice versa.

Ethical Requirements

  • Proper acknowledgment of sources is mandatory
  • Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited
  • Authors must ensure accuracy of data and results

Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online system. Authors may be required to revise their papers based on reviewer feedback before final acceptance.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in rejection or delays in the review process.
