Editorial Board Roles & Responsibilities
The Editorial Board of Journal of Intelligent and Secure Network Systems (JISNS) plays a central role in maintaining the journal’s academic quality and integrity.
Editorial Board members are expected to:
- Support the peer-review process within their areas of expertise
- Provide objective and constructive scholarly assessments
- Advise on the journal’s academic direction and scope development
- Recommend qualified reviewers when appropriate
- Promote ethical standards and best practices in scholarly publishing
Appointments to the Editorial Board are based on academic expertise, research contributions, and alignment with the journal’s scope. All members serve in an advisory and scholarly capacity, independent of financial or institutional influence.
Reviewer Responsibilities
Reviewers are expected to provide fair, constructive, and timely evaluations of manuscripts assigned to them. Reviews should be conducted objectively and confidentially, with the aim of improving the quality and clarity of the work. Reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest and decline review assignments where such conflicts exist.
